Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist in the Voice Process at our Gurgaon location, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards - Provide prompt responses to queries from internal or external stakeholders - Take ownership of reporting work in the process - Ensure compliance with all reports - Handle inbound calling in an international voice process (B2B or B2C) - Maintain all documentation and tracking in the applications up to date for the processes - Conduct call audits and efficiently manage onshore connects and communications To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should have: - At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in customer support in an international voice process - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Any graduate qualification (except B.Tech and B.Sc) - Proficiency in computer applications including Excel and Word If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to skakkar@peoplescout.com or contact us on 8077360738.
