Job Description: International Customer Support Specialist (Voice) Location: Noida Work Schedule: Five days a week, rotational week offs Shifts: UK shifts (Start time may vary between 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Salary: Up to 7 LPA (maximum 30 percent hike on last drawn CTC) Transport: Both-side cab facility provided Role Overview The International Customer Support Specialist will handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions for international clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer queries Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring clear and effective communication Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in an international voice or blended process in a BPO Total work experience should not exceed five years Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per US/UK business hours Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM tools Show more Show less
