Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Jodhpur. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer interactions, manage phone inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining high phone etiquette standards.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and a positive Customer Experience
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the auto industry is a plus
