Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Trivandrum The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The specialist will also assist with service requests and provide product information to customers.
