Customer Service Specialist

**Job Description:** As a Customer Support Specialist at CRIF Solutions Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to manage daily incoming loan volumes for every Lender and ensure the completion of work within SLA. You will be required to coordinate with counterparts in the US, Dealerships, or Lenders for the fast resolution and quick funding of customers" car loans. Additionally, reviewing and validating loan documents as per procedure and forwarding them to the Funding team will be part of your role. It is crucial to manage the quality of work and maintain team quality targets. Achieving daily required KPIs such as Attendance, Production, AHT, Attributes, and quality score is essential. You will also be responsible for managing all Lender-specific process updates, sharing them with the entire team, and keeping records of all process updates.
