It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment.You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan ImplementationEfficiently and effectively overseeing and coordinating projects to meet the specific needs and expectations of clients. It involves planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements
What are we looking for?
?¢Serve as a senior individual contributor within the OS Configuration team, providing expert configuration support.?¢Ensure accurate system setup, drive risk mitigation, and lead complex workstreams impacting OSDA clients and internal stakeholders.?¢Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis?¢Stakeholder Engagement and Communication?¢Project Tracking and Reporting?¢Requirement Gathering & Documentation?¢Release & Change Management?¢Power BI?¢Business Analysis?¢Agile Management?¢Own Single Sign setup and maintenance for high-profile clients.?¢Oversee PDF payroll calendar development and integration for OSDA clients.?¢Act as technical point of contact for escalated INCs requiring advanced resolution.?¢Provide SME-level guidance on file types (Seed, CR, Feedback) and educate partners on data elements and requirements.?¢Validate complex configurations and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.?¢Develop and review test cases for new system settings and regulatory changes.?¢Consult on SRK/MVC/OSS services and advise on service adds/changes.?¢Partner with Tech teams to resolve configuration issues and optimize workflows.?¢Drive cross-team collaboration for risk mitigation and decision-making.?¢Research and analyze technical issues, providing actionable solutions.?¢Mentor junior analysts and provide coaching on best practices.?¢Ensure timely delivery of configuration tasks aligned with SLAs.?¢Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for configuration processes.?¢2??8+ years in configuration or related technical / Business Analyst roles.?¢Proven track record SME-level contributions and leadership skills
