What would you do?
Manage end-to-end collections for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue invoices. Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to resolve outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Investigate and reconcile customer account discrepancies, including payment shortfalls, deductions, and disputes. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Service) to resolve billing issues or disputes impacting collections. Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update account status in system tools. Prepare regular reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and risk exposure. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency and reduce delinquency. Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
