Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Sales - Financial Inclusion - Housing - EM - Sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility
Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers.
Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.
Develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of financial services, banking, and broking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with audit and RBI regulations.
Experience in achieving business targets through effective sales strategies.
Ability to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide tailored solutions.
