Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in South Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. The representative will work closely with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software
• Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
