Customer Delight Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure an engaging and delightful in-store experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronics products.
• Provide product demonstrations and assist customers in comparing options.
• Manage customer queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock checks, and product availability.
• Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Experience in

  Electronics Retail

  (mobile, appliances, gadgets, consumer electronics, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, POS, etc.).
