  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with UK counterparts to ensure process adherence.
  • Work in 

    rotational shifts

     to support UK operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (

  • Good command over 

    English (written & verbal)

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, data entry)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in 

    rotational shifts
