We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives (Tele Sales) for our Star Health Insurance – Sales Process. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining various health insurance plans, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance policies under the Star Health Insurance portfolio.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms & conditions.
• Handle queries, objections, and concerns effectively to close the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the team leader or manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high conversion and satisfaction rate.

Requirements:

• Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken & understanding).
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with tele sales/customer service experience are welcome.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to work in a sales-targeted environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM tools and data entry.
