Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and support. Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate between sales, service, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns. Maintain and update customer databases, records, and follow-up schedules. Assist in vehicle delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote after-sales services such as extended warranties, insurance renewals, and service packages. Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer engagement and loyalty. Assist in achieving dealership’s customer satisfaction index (CSI) targets. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively. Knowledge of automobile products and services (preferred). Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software). Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability. Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply; automobile sales/service experience is an advantage).
