Role Overview

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Assist customers with
product knowledge, rental process, delivery timelines, and troubleshooting
.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries and pickups.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-ups.
Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism.
Share customer feedback with the product/ops teams to improve service quality.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer service (tech, e-commerce, or rental industry preferred).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required, local language a plus).
Comfort with basic tech platforms (CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace).
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
Interest in gadgets, gaming, or music is a strong advantage.
