Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Telecaller to talk to customers and explain our insurance products. The role is to make calls, answer queries, and help customers with policy details and renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to customers and explain insurance policies.
• Answer customer questions about premium, policy, or claims.
• Help with policy renewals and documentation.
• Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling/insurance experience can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
