Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries, and promote suitable insurance products. The role requires excellent communication, customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist and engage with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information on products and services.
Resolve queries, complaints, and requests with a customer-first approach.
Promote and upsell insurance products where appropriate.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Maintain records and update CRM with customer details.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Good listening skills, patience, and empathy.
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
