Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Thane. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone and email, documenting customer interactions, and proactively addressing customer concerns.

Qualifications

Possess skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
