Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panchkula for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including providing excellent customer support, addressing queries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. The role requires managing communication across various channels, logging interactions, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

• Experience in managing and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and concerns efficiently
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in customer service roles is preferred
• Basic computer skills specially MS office
