Customer Service Representative


✨ Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily prescriptions
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims
  • Speak directly with patients to explain copays, balances, and prescription details
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer support


✅ Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills

    (spoken & written) – must
  • Basic math skills

    to calculate copays, insurance splits, and billing amounts
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Ability to work

    night shift

    (US hours)
  • Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company


  • 💰 Salary:

    Starting from

    ₹25,000

    per month (based on experience)
