Graduate Fresher or Hsc /graduate with 1+ year of experience into Bpo /Call center / Voice / Chat/ any industry experience.
About the process customer service /inbound calls
Excellent English Communication 10/10
Working Hours: Any 9 hrs shift / 24/7 shift including night shift. Us Shift
Working Days 5 / 2 rotational off
Transportation available till home
Salary will be dependent on English communication and relevant experience.
Also will check the last in hand salary without incentives and variables, according will give u the hike as per market standard 15 to 25%/ so be confortable with the same.
Walking interview at the office
must have all documents of experience no Absconded.
Only Office working.
