Ease My Marketing, a growing digital and e-commerce brand, is expanding its operations to the automotive sector. We specialize in selling high-quality used engines, transmissions, and auto parts across the USA and Canada. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative

Phase 8b, Mohali.

Role Overview:

Join our backend and support team for a fast-growing auto parts business dealing in used engines and transmissions across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle post-sale customer queries (order status, delivery issues, etc.)
• Speak with vendors for price negotiation and part availability
• Assist in closing deals by confirming details and follow-ups
• Maintain order records and resolve customer complaints
• Coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal team

What We’re Looking For:

• Good spoken and written

  English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM is a plus

• Professional, polite, and ready to learn

• Willingness to work night shifts
