We specialize in selling high-quality used engines, transmissions, and auto parts across the USA and Canada. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our backend operations team to ensure exceptional post-sale support and smooth vendor coordination. The job location for this position is Phase 8b, Mohali, with night shift timings aligned with North American time zones. Freshers are welcome to apply, but candidates must be fluent in English and comfortable working night shifts. As a Customer Service Representative in our backend and support team, you will be an integral part of a fast-growing auto parts business that deals in used engines and transmissions across North America. Key Responsibilities: - Handle post-sale customer queries such as order status and delivery issues. - Communicate with vendors for price negotiation and part availability. - Assist in closing deals by confirming details and conducting follow-ups. - Maintain order records and address customer complaints effectively. - Coordinate efficiently between customers, suppliers, and the internal team. We are looking for individuals with good spoken and written English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM is a plus. The ideal candidate should be professional, polite, eager to learn, and willing to work night shifts.
