Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide functional support to resolve customer problems and queries. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat channels. Timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries will be key, along with maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify opportunities for enhancing customer service processes and procedures.
