Customer Service Representative

As a Contact Centre Customer Service Executive at HCL Technologies, your role involves serving as a customer service executive, resolving customer queries in line with client and business guidelines. You should have experience in handling inbound calls from UK customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Answering all inbound queries following the call flow procedure. - Ensuring adherence to processes to maintain high quality customer service. - Following escalation procedures for issues beyond agent control for first call resolution. - Maintaining break schedule adherence. - Participating in motivational activities and implementing feedback from monitoring sessions. - Updating various logs such as escalation log and complaint tracker. - Ensuring data security for proprietary customer data.
