Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing product and service information. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in managing Customer Experience and working with Customer Service Representatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus

• Salary upto 3 lpa + Incentive.
