Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing product and service information. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in managing Customer Experience and working with Customer Service Representatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in using customer service software and tools Ability to work independently as well as in a team High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus Salary upto 3 lpa + Incentive. Only those who fluent in Tamil will be considered.
