Customer Service Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to offer the best solutions.
  • Meet performance goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult situations
  • Fluent in English
