As a Customer Support Executive in the International Process, your role involves handling customer inquiries and providing support through calls and emails. You will be responsible for efficiently and professionally resolving customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The work schedule is 5 days a week with shift timings as per international process requirements.
