Senior Graphics Designer

Position Title: Senior Graphics Designer Location: [Mohali] Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years Department: Marketing / Creative Salary: 55,000 INR to 60,000 INR Roles & Responsibilities Create Digital Assets: Design high-quality visuals for the company’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital touchpoints. Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative assets that align with brand campaigns and goals. Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all visual content, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand identity. Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Video & Animation (Good to Have): If experienced, create engaging GIFs, short-form videos, and animations for digital platforms. Stay Updated: Stay informed of current design trends, digital tools, and best practices in digital marketing and design. Preferred Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital media and marketing collateral. Technical Skills Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Design Principles: Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding concepts. Portfolio: A well-curated portfolio highlighting digital marketing design work, especially for web and social media. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Video & Motion: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro. Web Basics: Understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS concepts. Additional Tools: Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation/design tools.
