Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at bp, your role is to provide first and second line customer support to telephone and written inquiries from external and internal customers, ensuring that all queries are answered promptly, accurately, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial part in implementing operational tasks to meet customer expectations and uphold process performance indicators and service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first and second point of contact for verbal and written inquiries from external customers, consumers, and internal customers from the BP Business and third parties. - Providing customer service through various channels such as internet, phone, fax, and email for activities like account set-up, order processing, complaint resolution, and more. - Logging, assigning, and tracking progress of queries and customer requests to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in all customer service systems. - Supporting activities through immediate triage, partner concern resolution, or forwarding of customer inquiries. In addition to your functional responsibilities, you will also be involved in service management and continuous improvement by maintaining customer expectations, identifying knowledge gaps, building strong relationships, highlighting process gaps, and performing user acceptance testing in service center technology and ERP systems. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation or equivalent qualification - Up to 3 years of previous experience in customer service skills - Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong time management and organization skills - Highly motivated with intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications - Experience using SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage **Key Competencies:** - Inbound Document Management - Sales Order Management - Sales & Marketing Operations - Data Management & Control - Customer Service Delivery Quality - Business & 3rd Party Systems Knowledge - Influencing Ability & Negotiation - Data Gathering & Analysis In addition to the specific qualifications and competencies, as a member of the bp team, you are expected to embody the company's values and behaviors by being responsible for your success, seeking opportunities for improvement, adhering to safe and ethical work practices, thinking big, building your knowledge and skills, valuing partnership, being curious, suggesting new ways of working, delivering digital solutions, and ensuring effortless customer experiences.
