Job Description

Job timiming - 3 pm to 12 am Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person or over the phone. Guide guests about game zones, packages, offers, safety instructions, and facility usage. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Issue tickets, wristbands, and explain game credits or play rules. Coordinate with floor staff to ensure customer satisfaction and quick service. Maintain queue discipline, manage crowd flow during peak hours, and ensure smooth entry-exit. Upsell games, food combos, and party/event bookings. Collect feedback from guests and share insights with the management. Follow SOPs and adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
