Job Description

Job Title: Customer care executive

Location: Jaipur, vaishali nagar
Salary: ₹2.8 LPA – ₹3.4 LPA (Including 5% Variable)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Happiness Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a delightful customer experience by resolving queries and providing information about our insurance products and services. This role requires empathy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products, services, and claims.
  • Provide accurate information about policies, premiums, coverage, and benefits.
  • Assist customers with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Maintain a positive tone while handling queries and complaints.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Record all interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Promote new insurance products and educate customers based on their needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics like resolution time and call handling.
  • Follow all compliance protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Empathy and the ability to handle difficult conversations with calmness.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and basic software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in insurance or finance, is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulatory norms is desirable.
