Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
Cross-Sales:
Actively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to enhance business growth.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification:
Higher Secondary Certificate (

).

18 to 30 years.

The role is based in
Dombivli
.
Travel Boundaries:
Candidates must reside between
Thane and Badlapur
. (Note: Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible).
Work Schedule:
1 rotational week off.
Not Eligible:
Students or candidates with ongoing studies.
