This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle both service and sales chats, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related CRM role, specifically in chat processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and chat platforms. Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (9-hour shifts) and flexible for rotational weekly offs. Gender Specification: This position is open to male candidates only. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling both service and sales chats. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
