As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for international customers, primarily responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires individuals who are independent, flexible, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle international customer calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Problem-Solving & Feedback: Independently resolve issues, build individual knowledge, and share insights with colleagues. Actively spot and report errors and customer feedback to drive improvements. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets and goals. Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs to continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Customer Voice Support experience is required.
