Customer Service Officer

As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Your duties will include handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring effective solutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and issues efficiently, while maintaining detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and correspondence. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be a key focus of your role to promote loyalty and repeat business. You will also be involved in the empanelment and account opening documentation process for Institution/HNI/Corporate Clients. Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, responding in a timely and professional manner to inquiries, will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote broking services, explain the features and benefits of financial products, and address client queries accurately. Following up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate, assisting clients with account setup and initial investment processes, and building strong client relationships will also be part of your responsibilities. Good communication skills, the ability to commute to the office, and being a team player are desirable qualities for this role. Knowledge of languages such as Gujarati, Kannada, or Bengali is preferred. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, offering benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with a morning shift timing. Applicants are required to have at least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management. The work location is in person, and candidates must be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra before starting work.
