Customer Service Officer

The Customer Service Officer (CSO) plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for members and visitors at the gym, embodying the values of excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include managing inquiries, handling memberships, addressing concerns, and fostering a warm and inviting environment. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure that the gym maintains a pristine appearance and a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our "Always New" ethos and a "Happy to Help" attitude. This position is based in Gurgaon/Delhi/Noida and offers a fixed salary of 25K along with performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or retail industries. Key Result Areas (KRA) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for this role include conducting tours for potential members, managing membership renewals and retention, ensuring member engagement and satisfaction, compliance with documentation, facility and equipment maintenance, smooth daily operations, handling conflicts and issues, as well as safety and compliance adherence. Your day-to-day activities will involve various tasks such as ensuring the gym is clean and operational, engaging with members to provide assistance and information, conducting gym tours for prospective members, managing administrative tasks related to memberships, addressing member queries and concerns during peak hours, and overseeing closing duties to maintain safety and cleanliness standards. Overall, as a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the friendly face of the gym, dedicated to ensuring that every visitor and member has a positive and seamless experience while upholding the values of exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.,
