Customer Service Officer

As a member of the team, your main tasks and responsibilities will include: - Conducting Material Requirement Planning to ensure efficient inventory management. - Performing order-to-cash tasks and processes with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Managing sales and delivery order processes, including order creation, processing changes, and resolution of blocked orders. - Handling L/C (letter of credit) transactions. - Building and maintaining positive customer relationships through proactive communication regarding order management, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking. - Assisting in demand planning by collecting and updating forecast information into the IBP tool. - Supporting credit management, invoicing, and A/R (accounts receivables) management, including monthly closing, invoice corrections, discrepancies handling, and manual invoicing. - Reporting and managing customer complaints through the NCM (non-conformance management) system and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders. - Assisting in the implementation of business rules related to customer order management. - Providing order status reports and monitoring customer sales forecasts to ensure orders align with forecasts. - Supporting CN/DN creation based on reconciliation and approval from controlling. Minimum Education and Qualifications required for this position are: - Education: B.E / B. Tech with an MBA (Preferred). - Working Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Automotive / manufacturing industry. Knowledge of customers, market environment, products, and technologies within the respective area. - Technical & Professional Knowledge: Proficiency in IT skills such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, MS Excel, Power BI & Power Automate.
