About the Role

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Female Customer Service Officer to join our support team. The role involves handling calls and messages from users, understanding their queries or issues related to our website and mobile application, and providing effective solutions with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend incoming user calls and messages related to the app/website.
• Understand user issues (login, registration, payment, usage, etc.) and resolve them promptly.
• Guide users step-by-step in using the platform effectively.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the technical/support manager when required.
• Maintain polite, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
• Document common issues and solutions for improving future support.

Requirements

• Female candidate (Mandatory).
• Kannada fluency (spoken & written).
• Basic English/Hindi understanding will be an advantage.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Patience and problem-solving attitude.
• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
