Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls related to collections, payments, payoff, escrow, document requests, billing inquiries, and account status.
Contact borrowers using dialer to resolve delinquency via Speedpay and other loss mitigation options.
Provide accurate information using scripted materials and ensure high-quality customer service.
Resolve customer issues related to mortgage loans and escalate cases as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to support complex customer problems.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice / Customer Service / Collections.
Prior mortgage or BFSI experience preferred.
Excellent communication & active listening skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Experience using CRM, dialers and call resolution systems.

Eligibility Travel Boundaries:

Shift & Weekly Off:

Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)
Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
