Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice/Non-Voice Process Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (Based on experience and performance) Shift: Night Shifts (US Hours) Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided within a 20 km radius Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Description We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our International Voice/Non-Voice Customer Support team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice calls or non-voice channels (email/chat) for international clients. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards. Requirements Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred. Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in international BPOs are welcome. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules. Location: Candidates residing within a 20 km radius of Hinjewadi or willing to relocate.
