As a Customer Service Representative at FiveS Digital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience for our clients in the travel industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about travel services - Managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat - Maintaining customer records and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Customer Support and Customer Service experience - Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling customer inquiries - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the travel industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred FiveS Digital is a technology-led Business Process Management organization with a strong focus on customer and community-centric solutions.
