Customer Service Intern

The selected candidates would assist in handling leads, and the company's existing teachers & students from a customer service viewpoint..

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of leads and company's teachers & students.
• Make outbound communication as required.
• Resolve issues in conjunction with the in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D teams.
• Innovatively use social media as instructed.
• Maintain relevant databases, and generate MIS as required for analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its products & services.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.

· Ability to listen, empathize & analyze.

· Good problem-solving & people skills.

· Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
