OPERATIONS INTERN (FEMALE)

JOB SUMMARY

The selected candidate would assist the Operations Coordinator in handling inbound telephonic, e-mail & social-media based queries, make outbound communication and innovatively use social media as instructed; communicate with the company's teachers & students, with the aim to resolve issues in conjunction with in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of leads and company's teachers & students.

· Resolve issues in conjunction with the in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D teams.

· Maintain relevant databases, and generate MIS as required for analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its products & services.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.

· Ability to listen, empathize & analyze.

· Good problem-solving & people skills.

· Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
