Job Overview

This is a full-time, junior-level customer service position located in Noida. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The position involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing call center operations effectively to meet business objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in call center operations to effectively manage customer calls and interactions.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information to customers.
  • Experience in managing customer satisfaction (CSAT) to maintain high levels of service quality.
