Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be handling daily tasks such as answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role includes managing phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with a focus on delivering friendly and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Strong communication and interpersonal and computer skills
• Ability to handle multi-tasking efficiently
• Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a added advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are advantageous.
