Hypermarket Customer Service Executive (Only for Females, Age limit 30 & above)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide consistent, superior customer service, ensuring all customer needs and requests are identified and addressed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times at floor.
  • You are able to stay organized to serve customers quickly and efficiently with multiple customer.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Positive attitude and solutions driven

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum one year of proven customer service experience
  • Computer skills such as MS office, etc.
  • Clear communication and effective listening skills
