HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE IN TECH MAHINDRA

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch support. As part of our night shift operations team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Document interactions and update customer records with precision
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues
• Uphold company standards in customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred
• Comfortable working during night shifts on a rotational basis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
