Job Description

What Youll Do:

Connect with high-value residents whose support issues need urgent attention.
Make timely, upbeat calls to users with delayed resolutions—fix the experience, not just the issue.
Set expectations, share updates, and reassure users with professionalism and warmth.
Coordinate with internal Stanza teams to accelerate solutions.
Record every action in our CRM—details matter!
Spot patterns and share ideas to make our service even better.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate in any discipline; if you vibe with our values, we want to hear from you!
1–3 years of customer-facing call or escalation experience (freshers with the right hustle are welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; other languages are a plus.
Ability to empathize and resolve, not just read from a script.
Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is cool (Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.).
Energy, patience, and adaptability in the fast lane of startup culture.
Proactive, data-savvy mindset—see what’s missing, and make it happen.

Proven record (or strong promise) in managing high-pressure/escalation situations.
