Customer Service Executive is expected to meet our corporate clients regularly. Understand their issues and help resolve them. We deal with over 100 corporate customers, so every month at least 25 of these customers have to be met. The job involves a lot of travel. The person will also carry a mobile and answer all customer service calls. We get about 8-10 calls per day. The person should be willing to travel and should have a vehicle.
