Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for booking confirmations, shipping instructions, and documentation.
  • Submit House Bill of Lading (HBL), Form 13, VGM, and related documents via the ODeX platform.
  • Handle online bookings through shipping line portals or INTTRA.
  • Respond to vessel schedules, cargo status, and document processing inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and timely filing to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics departments to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Track and follow up on shipment status; provide regular updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain and update records in the internal systems daily basis.
